Pricing questions
- What counts as a call?
- A call counts once, the first time it produces a draft, whether Postlude drafted it automatically or you generated it yourself. Regenerating, switching tones, adapting or editing a draft never uses another call.
- What about calls with only my own team on them?
- By default, a meeting where everyone is on your own team is stored but not drafted automatically, and it does not count. You can turn that off in Settings, or generate a draft for one by hand (which counts).
- What happens if I reach my limit?
- Nothing breaks. New calls and transcripts keep arriving and stay stored, but drafting pauses until your calls reset next period or you upgrade. When you upgrade, Postlude drafts your 10 most recent waiting calls straight away. On the free trial, the workspace becomes inactive instead, and new calls are not received until you choose a plan.
- How do seats work?
- Every plan includes a number of seats, and calls are pooled across your whole workspace. Extra seats are $12 a month each.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, any time, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. The free trial lasts 14 days or 15 calls, whichever comes first, with no card required.
